The High-end Corporate office of India’s Leading Airlines (Vistara- Tata Singapore Airlines) fitted, furnished and, equipped by DMS Projects which is located at the prestigious One Horizon Center, Gurugram, spread over 34000 sq ft. This project was completed within 54 days. The Designing did by Arch. Nigul Bakshi (NB Design Studio) includes the recreation of Sr. Management floor, the Executive Lounge, a recreation of the executive area and, remaining parts of the work station by meeting all international standards.

KHAITAN & CO.

Khaitan and Co. India’s oldest and law firm was founded on 11^th Nov 1911. The client engaged DMS to remodel their existing office that was existing in an old building consisted of Three Floors. It was a tough as well as challenging task but based on the client’s brief with several alternatives DMS team not only accepted but executed and completed the project within the given timelines. Association with such an old law firm was another feather added on the DMS cap.

SMBC

SMBC is one of Japan’s leading banks and the core unit of SMFC. Getting an opportunity to work for SMBC, and for their corporate office in New Delhi was another milestone for DMS Projects. The project of 10,000 sq. ft. comprised of Turnkey project. An office of International Standards according to the necessities of the client was delivered within the given period.

Decathlon

Decathlon is a French sporting goods retailer founded in 1976. It was a completely new concept store introduced in India and their Project Team was dissatisfied with their first experience in building a store as per their expectations. DMS Projects was given this opportunity to built their Faridabad store as an experimental project which added another feather in the cap by meeting client expectation and delivered the project in the given time period. Subsequently DMS built their 5 stores in different locations. Each location consisted of different ticket sizes and different delivery dates. The project of 100,000 sq. ft. area was a Turnkey project, which comprises of development, designing, production set -up and delivery of projects on time.
